**RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY**
We offer a 7-day returns and exchanges policy.
**Customer Return & Exchange Policy**
If you are unsatisfied with the product you received, please create a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a pick-up from your location.
Important Notes:
- Exchanges or returns are allowed only once per order; shipping will be charged for any additional exchanges.
- You will receive a full refund with no deductions if you choose to accept store credit.
- A restocking fee of INR 200/- will be deducted for each product returned.
- You can exchange the item for the same product or any other product available on the website.

Shipping charges are non-refundable for any orders.
**Return Conditions:**
- Ensure that returned items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition with brand packaging.
- Items must have their tags attached; no returns or exchanges will be accepted without tags.
- Store credit or a refund will be initiated once we receive and inspect the returned product. This process may take a minimum of 15-20 days.
**Seasonal Products:**
- Please note that items from our Winter Wear collection are eligible only for exchange since they are seasonal products.
If a reverse pick-up is not arranged for any reason (due to customer or courier error), the customer must contact Feathers Closet to re-arrange the pick-up. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of the return or exchange request. Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued within 10-15 days.
If the return is found to be ineligible for a refund, the item will be returned to you. Our return process will be completed within 20 days of receiving the return package.
Customers agree not to dispute the decision made by Feathers Closet regarding the validation of returns. Any non-valid return will be sent back to the customer, who may then be blacklisted from future purchases.
**Return Restrictions:**
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Returns will only be accepted in their original packaging, including hangers, polyester bags, and hang tags. The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-made products or products personalized to your requirements
- Winter Wear
- Accessories
- Handbags
- Jewelry
- Any product specifically marked as non-eligible for return or exchange
**Order Cancellations by Customer**
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours by contacting us at +91 9351395550 (WhatsApp only).
If the cancellation is made within this time frame, we will refund the full amount to the card used for the payment within 7 working days.
Please note:
- No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of placing the order, and refunds will incur a 5% transaction fee on the total amount.
- Customers agree not to dispute the cancellation decision made by Feathers Closet.
